Respecting creators
DIGENIX showcases open-source games. Every game stays under its author’s license, which is shipped inside the game’s folder and summarised on Credits & Licenses. We take intellectual-property rights seriously and respond to valid notices promptly.
How to report infringement
If you believe content on DIGENIX infringes your copyright, email info@digenixtechnology.com with:
- your name and contact details;
- a description of the work you own and where it appears on our site (page address);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review the notice, may contact you for more detail, and, where the claim appears valid, remove or disable the content and tell the person responsible. For open-source games we also check the license and the original repository.
If content was removed in error
If you think we removed something by mistake, send us a counter-notice at info@digenixtechnology.com explaining why you are entitled to use the content, with your contact details and signature. We may restore the content unless the complainant starts legal action.
Repeat infringers and false claims
We may close accounts that repeatedly infringe others’ rights. Knowingly sending a false claim can carry legal liability. Written notices can also be sent to DIGENIX TECHNOLOGY INC, 1601 Riverfront Dr, #103, Grand Junction, CO 81501.
