How purchases work
- Tokens are sold in packs and as a custom top-up in the shop, priced in US dollars.
- After payment is confirmed, tokens appear in your wallet and can be spent straight away.
Test mode: on this site the checkout is a simulation. No card is charged and no real payment is taken.
About tokens: virtual currency rules
- Tokens are virtual items for entertainment on DIGENIX only.
- They have no real-world value and can’t be cashed out, transferred between accounts or sold.
- Tokens spent on a game unlock can’t be moved to a different game.
- Custom top-ups convert at the rate shown at checkout (100 tokens per US$1 on this site).
Refund policy
Tokens and unlocks are digital goods delivered instantly, so sales are generally final. We will refund the purchase or restore your tokens when:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- a payment was made without your authorization;
- tokens or an unlocked game were not delivered because of a technical fault on our side;
- a refund is otherwise required by consumer-protection law where you live.
How to request a refund
- Email info@digenixtechnology.com within 30 days of the charge.
- Include your order reference (see your transaction history), the account email, and a short description of the problem. Screenshots help.
- We reply by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long that takes depends on your bank or card issuer.
Fraud prevention
To protect players we may review, delay or decline transactions, ask for extra verification, or suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity or chargeback abuse. By buying, you authorize DIGENIX TECHNOLOGY INC and its payment providers to process your transaction.
